Vancomycin Induced Nephrotoxicity: A Case Report

چکیده

Nephrotoxicity associated with vancomycin is a commonly feared and mainly preventable adverse effect. Non-severe cases of nephrotoxicity resolve upon discontinuation the medication. We present case 45-year-old man who developed renal dysfunction following antibiotic therapy as result lack dose adaptation to measured serum nadirs.
